Chinese, not only Cross Strait Quad-Regions but also all over the world, have made remarkable achievements in radio science and wireless communications. But, there hadn’t been an academic platform for exchanging the achievements for quite a long time. Thus, the CSRWC (Cross Strait Radio Wireless Conference) was hosted Chang Gung University in Taiwan in 1998 and its original name of the conference was initially proposed by Prof. Jau-Yien Lee. The name of CSTRWC (Cross Strait Tri-Regional Radio Wireless Conference) was proposed by Prof. K. K. Mei at City University of Hong Kong in 1999. Finally, the CSQRWC (Cross Strait Quad-Regional Radio Wireless Conference) was proposed at Tianjin’s conference in 2009. With the active promotion by many famous professors of universities, the conferences have been hosted in Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao year by year as follows.
